A collection of exercises aimed to fight the demands of repetitive stress and prolonged sitting in the workplace and at the computer.  Stand up and stretch while talking on the phone, exercise your hands or stretch your neck while reading emails-exercises can performed simultaneously with little to no interruption in your workday.  Some exercises incorporate items that can be found in your workspace such as a tennis ball or rubber band.
